  Casa Susi was the nicest albergue I found on the camino. The hosts are so lovely, and so is their place. The beds are very comfortable, there are two spotless bathrooms and a nice outdoor area. I strongly recommend to try their homecooked meal (plenty of tasty food and local wine) and breakfast.

  Casa Susi is owned and run by my dear friend Suzanne a Camino veteran and one of those people who make you feel that you and you alone are the one thing that matters most to them.

  Det very BEST and CHEAPEST place we stayed at on the Camino. Susi and her family were so warm and welcoming. The place is new and so fancy, and everything was clean and nice. The dinner was homemade and so delicious. Would love to go back there. Fantastic! -HH

  I felt at home at Casa Susi more than anywhere else I stayed this summer. I've walked many 1000s of km of the camino through the years and the evening I spent here really stands out. We arrived late but they still made space for us at dinner (which was divine, and so was the (choice of) wine!!). The building has been lovingly restored and even if you're planning on walking on it's worth a peak inside and a chat.

  Suzanne is a great cook to boot and dinners are a wonderful experience. Ingredients are sourced locally and most if not all of the veg is grown in Suzanne's own garden.

  I cannot recommend this Albergue highly enough. Thank you both so much for a wonderful evening of deep conversations and funny anecdotes (and a wonderful nightcap!). You've created a little slice of heaven and I can't wait to return in a few years time to see the new fence ;)

  The albergue is pristine and has 12 beds and a beautiful sunny terrace but most important is the river access! Heaven here is an ice cold beer with your feet in the lovely cool waters.
